Above Ground and Underground Residential Storm Shelters

The RemainSafe Above Ground Storm Shelter and Safe Room is designed to be installed inside your home or garage on most 4-inch concrete slabs. It is used to protect occupants from tornadoes, home intrusions, and other emergency situations. All RemainSafe Storm Shelters are designed and manufactured in the USA, meet FEMA guidelines, and are ICC-NTA tested in 2023.

All storm shelter models have been tested to meet or exceed FEMA 320/361 and ICC-500 criteria.

Underground Storm Shelter

The RemainSafe Underground Storm Shelter is designed to be installed in your garage or carport. Shelters are installed in the ground below where your vehicle sits. All RemainSafe Storm Shelters are designed and manufactured in the USA and are FEMA compliant.

All storm shelter models have been designed to meet or exceed FEMA 320/361, ICC-500 criteria and are Texas Tech University National Wind Institute tested.
